Divers Wrap Up Competition At Zone B Championships

Junior Zach Wilcox (Yarrow, Point, Wash.) finished eighth on the platform to lead Florida as the Gators wrapped up competition Sunday at the 2004 NCAA Zone B Diving Championships at Gabrielsen Natatorium.
Wilcox's score of 445.45 earned him an eighth-place finish, but wasn't good enough to earn a trip to the NCAA Championships.
Freshman Justin Schmidt (Falcon, Colo.) took 14th on the platform with a score of 386.05.
The Florida women's team next competes at the NCAA Championships March 18-20 in College Station, Texas, while the men's squad returns to action for the NCAA Championships the following week in East Meadow, N.Y.
