The Gators look to move up in the standings when they return to Lonnie Poole Golf Course on Friday for the second round of the NCAA Regional Championship. The top six teams following Saturday's third and final round will advance to the NCAA Championship.
Head Coach Emily Glaser:
On the team's performance in Round 1:
“It was a challenging day in some aspects, but the focus to me is that we have two days left to improve. We saw some toughness from the team today. I thought Anna and Taylor closed out their rounds well. The leaderboard is tight, as you would expect at regionals. Tomorrow we will focus on playing smart and staying patient.”
