Nick Lydon Paces Gators on Day One of Auburn Invite

AUBURN, Ala. – The University of Florida men's diving team returned to the pool on Monday, for the Auburn Diving Invitational at the James E. Martin Aquatic Center. Nick Lydon led the Gators with a fifth-place finish on the 1-meter.

Lydon recorded a score of 271.40 in the prelims. In the finals, he improved on his score with a total of 303.05. He finished the finals ranked fifth.

Lyle Hayes-Macaluso collected a mark of 258.80 in the prelims, before he notched a score of 246.10. He finished the finals in 12th.

Alex Farrow posted a combined score of 260.90 in the prelims. In the finals, he placed 13th with a mark of 242.55.

Santiago Morales tallied 174.90 points in the prelims. In the finals, he compiled a score of 203.75 and finished in 14th.
