Gator specialists continue to thrive while defensive stars emerge.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Week 4 of the NFL season 46 former Gators on 21 rosters across the league, with 34 being active. Familiar names, on both sides of the ball, continue to represent for Gator nation. Austin Barber shines on the offensive side of the ball, two routine defensive members create a spark in different areas, and special team pros round out the top performances of the week.

Offense Austin Barber - OG - Cleveland Browns
The rookie right guard for the Browns continues to post impressive grades in route to another big win on Thursday Night Football. Facing Pittsburgh, Barber posted a 82.6 offensive PFF grade and a PFF run block grade of 90.5, both the highest amongst any player on the Cleveland roster. Both of the PFF grades were also the third amongst all offensive guards among the league in week 4. Among the 65 offensive snaps seen, Barber and his group held the Steelers to zero sacks on the night.
Defense CJ Henderson - CB - Atlanta Falcons
Henderson has emerged as one of the leaders of this Falcons defense with another strong week. The sixth year corner recorded ten tackles which tied for the lead while also recording one pass breakup. Henderson's biggest play of the game came late in the first quarter when he managed to force and recover a fumble, setting the Falcons up in a great spot to take a two score lead. The fumble recovery was the first of Henderson's career. Henderson recorded a run defense PFF grade of 94.2 which led the Falcons defense and was the highest of all cornerbacks in Week 4, with the next closest being former Florida cornerback, Jason Marshall Jr., who recorded an 82.0. CJ has been dominant in the run game to start the year with a season-long run defense PFF grade of 90.4 which leads the Falcons and is the third highest of all cornerbacks in the league.

Ventrell Miller - LB - Jacksonville Jaguars
The third year linebacker continues to prove he is a rising star in the NFL. Miller recorded six tackles, one tackle for loss and one QB hit as the Jaguars moved to 3-1 with a road victory against the Bengals. His six tackles moved his season total to 30 which leads the Jaguars and Miller's season-total of 17 solo tackles already ties the amount of solo tackles he had all of last season. Ventrell recorded a PFF run defense grade of 90.1 which led the Jaguars defense and was the highest of all linebackers in Week 4. Miller's defensive PFF grade is now a 90.2 on the season which is the highest of all qualified linebackers and is the fourth highest of all qualified defensive players in the NFL.
Special Teams Evan McPherson - K - Cincinnati Bengals
McPherson continues his phenomenal start to the season by setting some history for the Cincinnati Bengals. The Cincy kicker tied Shayne Green for the most consecutive field goals made in Bengals history with 21 when he made a 29 yarder early in the 2nd quarter. McPherson will look to continue his strong season and potentially break the Cincinnati record when the Bengals face off against the Dolphins this upcoming Sunday.

Jeremy Crawshaw - P - Denver Broncos
Despite a Broncos loss, Jeremy Crawshaw did not make it easy for the 49ers to have many successful drives. Crawshaw punted five times for 246 yards with a long of 57 yards and four punts inside the 20-yard line. Crawshaw nailed punts down to the six, 12, 18 and eight yard lines for his four punts within the 20. The 49ers were unable to score any points on the possessions from which they started within their own 20, with those four possessions ending in three punts and a blocked field goal. Crawshaw has now punted 19 times for 945 yards and he has nine punts inside the 20 which ranks third in the NFL.
Tommy Doman Jr. - P - Buffalo Bills
The rookie punter had his most action of the season this past Sunday when the Bills took on the Patriots. Doman punted four times for a total of 194 yards with a long of 59 yards and two punts falling inside the 20. His first punt of the game was downed at the three-yard line and his third punt was returned one yard to the New England 11. Doman has now punted nine times on the season for a total of 437 yards with four of his punts landing inside the 20. IMAGN IMAGES via Reuters Connect
