ADA/Accessibility

Accessible seating is available throughout Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center, on both the concourse and second level. All accessible seating is reserved. Those fans needing a wheelchair space or accessible seating should visit or call the Gator Ticket Office at 800-34-GATOR (352) 375-4683 ext. 6800 TD/TTY 711, prior to game day.

Animals

Only service dogs are permitted inside Exactech Arena. Any other type of animal is not permitted. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the services animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. More information on the campus policy.

ATMs

A Wells Fargo ATM is available for the convenience of all guests directly off the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium between Gate 1 and Gate 2.

Baby Changing Stations

There are baby changing stations located in all restrooms. Please see the arena map for locations.

Concessions

Sodexo Live! is Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center's premier hospitality provider.

Sodexo Live! uses nonprofit organizations to operate the Concession stands at all of the Gator athletic events and in return the organizations receive a percentage of the sales generated from the stand(s) that they operate. No organization is too big or small to fundraise here. Sodexo Live! uses groups as small as four people for some stands and up to twenty people for the bigger stands. If you and your organization are interested in fundraising, please call 352.692.6244 or send an email for more details and hopefully to sign up!

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at all merchandise and concession stands, as well as the ticket office windows.

Elevators

There are two elevators available for use.

• Located off the north side of the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium, behind sections 1 and 3.
• Located off of Gate 4, adjacent to the Practice Court, behind section 21.

Evacuation Policy

In the event of an emergency, Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center staff will utilize the public address (PA) system to inform guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

Family & Gender Neutral Restrooms

There are seven family and gender neutral restrooms located throughout the concourse level. Please see the arena map for locations.

First Aid Station

First Aid can be found in the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium, behind Section 3.

Gates

Express Entry lanes are available at Gate 1. Advanced enrollment is required.

Men's Basketball

The general public can enter through Gates 1 and 4, which open 1 hour (60 minutes) prior to tip-off.

Students must enter through Gate 3, which opens 1 hour (60 minutes) prior to tip-off. Students receive free admission with a valid Gator 1 Card

Student must register in advance

Women's Basketball

The general public can enter through Gate 1, which opens 1 hour prior to tip-off.

Students may also enter through Gate 1.

There are two merchandise windows located inside the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium, behind sections 3 and 7, respectively.

Guest Services

Guest Services is located in the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium, behind section 7. Gator Guest Services Ambassadors and Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center staff are available throughout the building to assist with any guest questions or needs.

Lost and Found

Turn in any found items to a Gator Guest Services representative or Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center staff. On game day, items may be retrieved at the Guest Services desk located in the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium.

Following the game, please contact the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Administrative Office at (352) 392-5500 TD/TTY 711 to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items.

Metal Detectors & Entry Procedures

In order to promote a safe environment at all of our events, all patrons will be asked to pass through metal detectors when they arrive at Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center. For more information about the new Metal Detector Screening, please visit the O'Connell Center Website.

Mobile Ticketing

To reduce contact between fans and staff, tickets will be handled through the Florida Gators Mobile app or FloridaGators.com/myaccount . So before you get to the gate on gameday, please add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account of added safety and convenience.

Gator Fan's Code of Conduct
Gator Fans are widely known for their passion, team support, hospitality, and sportsmanship. Our image is shaped not only by our student-athletes, coaches, students, and faculty, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a championship experience with integrity for our teams and fans alike, while maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Prohibited Behavior

• NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
• Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season ticket privileges.
• Standing on seats/bleachers, and throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the field, is also prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify your nearest law enforcement officer.
• Fans must follow safety and health guidelines as indicated by on-premise signage and any SEC guidelines on COVID-19.

Re-entry Policy

All exits are final. Fans are not permitted to leave and re-enter Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center once their game ticket has been scanned.

Tobacco Policy

In compliance with the Florida Indoor Clean Air Act, there is no smoking permitted in the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

The University of Florida is a Tobacco Free Campus, which includes the ban of electronic cigarettes, including in parking lots and vehicles, is not permitted and in violation of UF policy 6C1-2.022.

Ticket Office

The Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Ticket Office opens 1.5 hours (90 minutes) before each game, just north of Gate 1, adjacent to the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium.

If assistance is needed once guests are inside the building, there are two accessible ticket windows inside the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium.

TV Information

Each game is broadcast live on either CBS, ESPN, ESPN2, or ESPNU, or the SEC Network. “Florida Basketball with Mike White” airs at 12 PM EST each Sunday on FOX Sports Sun beginning in January.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Ticket Office, north of Gate 1 and adjacent to the Tom & Jane Johnson Family Atrium. Windows for Will Call pickup will be labeled accordingly.
