ADA Accommodations

  • Only service dogs are permitted inside Donald R. Dizney Stadium. Any other type of animal is not permitted. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the services animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Visit the University of Florida service animal use page for more information.
  • Parking: ADA parking is available on a first come, first served basis in designated spaces. A guest must have either an ADA placard or license plate in or on the vehicle. ADA spaces are limited and not guaranteed.
  • Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located throughout the facility.
  • For any questions concerning seating, call the Gators Ticket Office at 352-375-4683.

Bags

Bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. See Prohibited Items for more information. Fans are encouraged to use clear bags.

Stadium Seats

Standing or stepping on seats may lead to serious bodily injury. Florida Athletics requests, for everyone's safety, that you do not step, climb over, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Dizney Stadium. Row numbers start at the bottom (closest to the field) and move upward.

Broadcasts

  • Television: Information on Gators television broadcasts can be found at FloridaGators.com.
  • ESPN+ offers live coverage of select home games. Contact your cable or satellite provider regarding ESPN+.

Cameras

  • Cameras, other than listed below are allowed in the facility. Still cameras / video cameras / camcorders / audio recording devices* / cameras with fixed lenses longer than 6" are prohibited in Dizney Stadium. No flash photography is allowed.

Game Day Policies

Concessions

Sodexo Live! is Dizney Stadium's premier hospitality provider, Sodexo Live!uses nonprofit organizations to operate the Concession stands at all of the Gators athletic events and in return the organizations receive a percentage of the sales generated from the stand(s) that they operate. No organization is too big or small to fund raise. Sodexo Live! uses groups as small as four people for some stands and up to twenty people for the bigger stands. If you and your organization are interested in fundraising, please call 352.692.6244 or send an email for more details and hopefully to sign up!

Some of the delicious Concession items available include All-Beef Hot dogs, hot & fresh popcorn and hot soft pretzels. Refreshing Pepsi products are available at all of the Gators athletic events.

Major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands and at the Gators Sportshop located on the concourse.

Emergency

If you see something, say something. For any emergency at Dizney Stadium, including medical emergencies, notify the nearest staff member or police officer.

Exit/Re-Entry

Fans are permitted to leave and re-enter Dizney Stadium on non-ticketed games. No Re-entry if attending a ticketed event, once their game ticket has been scanned in accordance with NCAA and SEC policies.

Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer; staff and law enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. Assist other patrons who may need your assistance. All exits and emergency exits in the stadium are clearly marked. 

First Aid

If you need medical attention, please contact the stadium operations staff, or notify the nearest police officer. The first aid station can be located on the concourse.

Gators Mobile App - iPhoneFlorida Gators App

In the continued effort to create a championship experience for Gator Nation, the University Athletic Association partnered with SIDEARM Sports to design and build an app that augments and enhances the fan experience at all its events.

After the fan downloads the app, it can be connected to their Ticketmaster account so tickets (season, package, or single-game) can be stored inside it for entry into Dizney Stadium using their phone. 

Students also will have the ability to access their tickets via the mobile app if applicable.

Game dates and times

Florida Lacrosse and Soccer game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time change should occur, the information will be posted on FloridaGators.com, on Twitter via @FloridaGators.

Gates

Gates will open one hour prior to the game starting. The main gate is located north of the stadium. All tickets (if applicable) will be mobile through the Florida Gators App.

Gator Sportshop

The Gator Sportshop is located in the concourse.

Guest Services

Our game day staff is ready to assist fans with information, directions, lost and found items and assistance as needs. Representatives are located throughout Dizney Stadium in lime green shirts. On non-game days, contact the Gators at 352-375-GoUF (4683) or UFirst@gators.ufl.edu for more information.

Lost & Found

During the game, lost items should be reported to any Guest Services Staff member. These items are kept at the information booth for the duration of the game. After that period of time, they are taken to the UAA offices. Please call the switchboard at 352-375-GoUF (4683).

Parking Map
  • UF Southwest Recreation Center Address: 3150 Hull Road Gainesville, FL 32611 or type in Southwest Recreational Facilities in to your GPS system.
  • General Parking  is available in the lot in front of the Dizney Lacrosse Stadium.  Additional parking is available in the baseball main parking lot, Fifield Hall Lot and garage across from the UF Southwest Recreation Center off of Hull Rd.
  • Disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in front of Dizney Stadium with a valid Disabled Placard. 
  • RV Parking is available in the Fifield Flat lot. Reserved RV parking is not available for Florida Athletic events. All motor home parking is on a first come, first-served basis.
    • On-board generators are permitted, however exterior or pull-along generators are prohibited at all times. For safety reasons, all motor homes/RVs are required to utilize exhaust extensions or "smoke stacks" to channel exhaust fumes to the top of the motor home/RV.
    • Overnight stays are only allowed on weekend events in the Fifield Flat lot.
  • Do Not Park Illegally
    • Park in designated parking spots (Do not Park on grass or in No Parking Zones).
    • Vehicles are subject to towing if they block streets, sidewalks, service drives, or fire lanes, or if illegally parked in a disabled space.

Prohibited Items

Radios

Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios are allowed in the facility. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio.

Safety Alert

Warning: during ALL athletic activities, hard balls or sticks may enter patron areas. For your safety and the safety of others, please remain alert while any and all athletic activities are occurring within the stadium. Additionally, please do not lean on, reach over, sit on or stand near railings.

Services for persons with disabilities

Wheelchair seating is designated throughout Dizney Stadium.

Smoking/Tobacco Policy

The University of Florida is a Tobacco Free Campus. All forms of tobacco, including but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco, are banned from campus. This policy is in effect at all University Athletic Association facilities, including Dizney Stadium. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy.

Game day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
