Morgan Hurd is still with Gators gymnastics, as now adding her artistic touch to Gators creative for the 2025 season.
Hurd joined the Gators for the 2022 season, sitting out action recovering from knee surgery. She made her Gator debut in 2023 and posted her collegiate floor exercise best of 9.95 at Kentucky to help Florida claim the 2024 Southeastern Conference regular-season title.
A five-time U.S. Senior National Team member, Hurd was part of the U.S.’s 2018 World Championship gold medal team. In addition to her 2017 World Championships all-around title, Hurd won three World event medals (2017 beam/silver; 2018 all-around/bronze; floor/silver). She twice won the American Cup all-around (2018, 2020) and won four U.S. Championships medals (2018 all-around & bars/silver, floor/bronze; 2019 bars/silver).
A two-time SEC Academic Honor Roll member, Hurd expects to graduate in spring 2025 with her bachelor’s degree in English.
