PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – The University of Florida women's tennis team had a tough day at the 2015 Riviera/ITA All-American Championships on Friday.
Two Gators saw their singles main draw runs end in the quarterfinals after stellar starts in the second round. Sophomore Brooke Austin used straight sets to defeat Texas's Beauna Addison, 6-2, 6-4. The Indianapolis, Ind.,-native then fell to Danielle Collins of Virginia, 6-1, 6-0.
Junior Belinda Woolcock upset the No. 6-ranked Miami Hurricane Stephanie Wagner in the second round, 6-1, 6-3. In the quarterfinals, No. 4-ranked Maegan Manasse of California ended the Gator's run, 6-4, 6-4.
In doubles action, Austin and Kourtney Keegan fell to the No. 15-ranked Carter and Kay of North Carolina, 8-2.
The singles back draw saw Josie Kuhlman fall in a three-set marathon match to Colorado's Tina Bokhua, 6-7, 6-4, 7-6(5).
Up next, the Gators head to Athens, Ga. for the USTA/ITA Regional on October 22 through October 26.

About the Riviera:
The Riviera Tennis Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif., will serve as the host site for the 2015 Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships. The national championship, considered the first leg of the collegiate grand slam, is set to begin on Saturday, October 3 with the pre-qualifying singles and doubles matches. Qualifying matches will be played October 6-7 and main draw action is slated to start Thursday, October 8 through Sunday, October 11.
Gators Selected for Riviera/ITA All-American Championships:
· Brooke Austin and Josie Kuhlman received automatic berths into the singles main draw
· Kourtney Keegan, Brianna Morgan and Belinda Woolcock earned spots in the singles qualifying draw
· Anna Danilina received a berth into the singles pre-qualifying draw
· Austin and Keegan received an automatic berth into the doubles main draw
· Danilina and Morgan earned spots in the doubles prequalifying draw
What's at Stake:
Main draw singles semifinalists, main draw doubles finalists and main draw consolation champions will receive automatic entry into the USTA/ITA National Indoor Collegiate Championships, Nov. 12-15 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York.
