FLUSHING, N.Y./LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL – The Gators competed in two different events on Saturday, when UF senior Belinda Woolcock had her run at the 2016 USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships come to a close, while Anna Danilina continued to march through the Dick Vitale's Intercollegiate Clay Court Classic.

Competing in the consolation singles draw in Flushing, N.Y., took the courts at the famed USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center and dropped a 7-6 (6), 6-2 quarterfinal decision to St. John's Jessica Livianu, thus ending her run at the national event.

Meanwhile down in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, Danilina won and pair of singles matches on Saturday and will play for the singles title on Sunday. Danilina also teamed with senior Spencer Liang and advanced to the final of the doubles draw that also will be played Sunday. Specific details of the event were not available at the time of this release.
