Biondi, Debove earn DP World Tour Cards

Florida alums Fred Biondi and Quentin Debove both earned their DP World Tour Cards after successfully making it through the six-round final stage of qualifying school.
TARRAGON, Spain - Florida men's golf alums and teammates Fred Biondi and Quentin Debove both earned their DP World Tour Cards after successfully making it through the six-round final qualifying stage at Infinitum Golf Club on Wednesday.
Debove finished 7th at 21-under behind a 63 (-8) in round four and bogey-free 67 (-4) in round five. A PING All-Region selection in 2023, he won the second stage of qualifying at 20-under earlier this November. The native of Paris, France was a member of the Gators from 2020-24 and earned his degree in International Studies, an Academic All-American and was a three-time member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll. Debove was previously on the Alps Tour and won this September at the Hauts France-Pas Calais Open.
Biondi battled through all three stages of qualifying and finished 18th at 18-under this week. He won the first stage of qualifying and secured the final advancing spot in the second stage. The native of São Paulo, Brazil, was the 2023 NCAA Individual National Champion (third Gator all-time) and clinched the winning-point for Florida's fifth NCAA National Team Championship that same year. He won five collegiate tournaments, including three times his senior year while his name is scattered through the Florida record book. Biondi was two-time All-American, All-Region and All-SEC honoree. He also excelled in the classroom and was three-time Academic All-American and earned his degree in Finance.
The DP World Tour begins its new season Nov. 27-30 at the BMW Australian PGA Championship.
