GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida sophomore gymnast Skye Blakely shares the Southeastern Conference Specialist of the Year honor, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon. Blakely also is among seven Gators recognized on the 2026 All-SEC teams.
This marks the 13th season the league has presented a Specialist of the Year award. Blakely joins Alex McMurtry (2018) as the only Gators to earn the distinction.

Six additional Gators joined Blakely on the 2026 All-SEC team – Kayla DiCello, Danie Ferris, eMjae Frazier, Selena Harris-Miranda, Riley McCusker and Anya Pilgrim.
All-SEC Criteria: The top four event scores (including ties) in each session of the SEC Championships earn All-SEC honors. The freshman with the top event score (including ties) in each session is named to the SEC All-Freshman Team.
