
Tom Jones Memorial: Need to Know

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 2026 Florida Gators Track and Field team will compete at home for the last time this season at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational, set to begin on Thursday, April 16 and concluding on Saturday, April 18.

Admission
Admission to the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational is free, and all seats are general admission. Gates will open 1 hour prior to the first event for each day. Fans are permitted to leave and re-enter James G. Pressly Stadium.
Parking
There is no spectator parking available at James G. Pressly Stadium. Disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a valid disabled placard.
Spectators will be permitted to park at Flavet Field, Fraternity Row or the UF Law School Green Lot. After 4:30 p.m. on Friday, parking is lifted in all lots except those with 24/7 restrictions. Flavet Field is located off of Woodlawn Dr. between Stadium Rd. and Museum Rd. Directions to Flavet Field can be found here.
Road Closure
The section of Woodlawn Dr. between Fraternity Dr. and SW 2nd Ave. will be closed to the public on both meet days. Access requires a parking pass and is limited to team drop-offs and working staff.
Senior Day
Florida Track & Field will recognize members of their 2026 senior class on Saturday, April 18 at 11:15 AM.
Bag Policy/Prohibited Items
Bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. See Prohibited Items for more information. Fans are encouraged to use clear bags.
ADA Accommodations
Only service dogs are permitted inside James G. Pressly Stadium. Any other type of animal is not permitted. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the services animal's work or the individual's disability prevents them from using these devices. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Visit the University of Florida service animal use page for more information.
First Aid/Hydration
If you need medical attention, please contact the stadium operations staff, or notify the nearest usher. Sunscreen is available for fans, located at the main gate of Percy Beard Track. Fans are encouraged to stay hydrated; the concessions stand will be open every day of the meet and public water fountains are available on the concourse.
Lost & Found
The lost & found for any misplaced items at Percy Beard Track is located at the ticket booth for the Tom Jones Invitational. If you have lost an item, please ask the game day staff located at the main gate for assistance.
Smoking/Tobacco Policy
The University of Florida is a Tobacco Free Campus. All forms of tobacco, including but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco, are banned from campus. This policy is in effect at all University Athletic Association facilities, including Florida Park. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy.
Game day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request that such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
