Simone Rose Named to Senior Pan American Championships Roster

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Incoming Florida freshman Simone Rose has been selected to represent the United States at next month's Senior Pan American Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Rose secured her place on the U.S. roster Saturday evening at the U.S. National Team camp in Crossville, Tenn., which served as part of the selection process for the Pan American Championships team.
Rose, who signed with Florida in November, will join the following athletes on Team USA's Pan American Championships roster:
Several other gymnasts with Florida ties also participated in the national team camp, though not all athletes were seeking selection to the Pan American Championships roster. Dulcy Caylor, Skye Blakely, Jayla Hang and Leanne Wong were among those in attendance.
About Simone Rose
The Senior Pan American Championships marks Rose's second international assignment for the United States in 2026. Earlier this year, she helped Team USA claim gold at the Jesolo Trophy in Italy while also earning bronze on balance beam. Rose added fourth-place finishes in the all-around and fifth on floor exercise at the event.
Rose also delivered a standout performance at the 2025 Jesolo Trophy, winning the uneven bars title and placing fourth in the all-around. In 2024, she captured team gold and individual titles on bars and floor exercise at the Pacific Rim Championships in Cali, Colombia.
