GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Florida men's basketball rising senior Alex Condon has been selected to Basketball Australia's 12-man roster for the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers in his hometown of Perth. The event, held July 3 and 6, marks Condon's debut with Australia's senior national team.

Condon earned All-SEC honors during his junior campaign in 2025-26 with 15.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game.

He becomes the third Gator to compete for his senior national team while still at Florida, along with Andrew Nembhard (2019 World Cup, Canada) and Mike Rosario (2012 Centrobasket, Puerto Rico).
