Six Gators Named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Jade Brown, Reagan Gilmore, Gracelyn Leiseth, Jonathan Leon, Graham Myers and Riley Smith were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team on Tuesday afternoon.
The 2026 Academic All-District Softball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Eligible nominees, who must be sophomores academically and athletically, are based off TFRRS regional performance rankings at the time of nomination and must meet the following criteria:

- Cross Country: Top-50 individual performance at the NCAA regional competition during the academic year
- Track & Field: Top-50 regional ranking in a single event (indoor or outdoor)
