Cahalan, Grover and McLellan to Become Gator Graduates This Weekend

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Florida softball's Kenleigh Cahalan, Kendall Grover and Cassidy McLellan will become Gator graduates this weekend during the University of Florida's commencement ceremonies at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
All three will graduate cum laude with their bachelor's degrees.
A 2026 College Sports Communicators Academic All-American, Cahalan completed her bachelor's degree in education sciences. She will pursue her master's degree at Auburn, where she will serve as a graduate assistant with the softball team this upcoming season.
A two-time All-SEC selection, including second team recognition in 2026, Cahalan wrapped up her Florida career batting .342 with 27 home runs, 117 RBIs, 27 doubles and 55 walks.
Grover, who spent her final season of eligibility with the Gators in 2026, will also graduate with a bachelor's degree in education sciences.
As a senior, she earned National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Gulf Region Second Team and SEC All-Tournament Team honors. She was also named NFCA Player of the Week on Feb. 27, 2026.
McLellan, who will be a senior for the Gators in 2027, will receive her bachelor's degree in health education and behavior on Saturday.
She is enrolled in a combined degree program and is currently taking graduate courses while completing her master's degree, which she will finish in May of 2027. Her career goal is to become a nurse.
As a junior, McLellan earned All-SEC Second Team honors and was named to the NFCA All-Gulf Region Second Team in the outfield.
