Parking - Football

Public parking lots are very limited around the Stadium. Please consider taking advantage of the available shuttles. Be advised that some roads around campus are closed at times on game day.

Public General Parking

  • The limited number of lots that are not reserved are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These lots fill up quickly.
  • Parking on sidewalks is NOT permitted and any vehicles doing so are at risk of being towed.

Shuttles

If you don’t have a parking pass and don’t have a favorite tailgating spot, the UAA offers a variety of shuttles to get to the stadium. Once you arrive at the stadium, be sure to head to the North Lawn and enjoy the Gator Walk Village, complete with food, drinks and more.

Parking Directions with Waze

The University Athletic Association has customized the Waze Traffic App for Game Day, including restricted on-campus streets, parking lot availability, proper parking lot entrances, and the best route to your desired parking location.

Select a lot below from your mobile device or desktop computer, and the Waze App will provide the best-available route to the entrance of the destination.

Road Closures

In an effort to tighten security around the stadium, starting 3 hours prior to kickoff, no vehicular traffic will be allowed until the end of the game on the following roads:
  • Gale Lemerand Drive between University Avenue and Stadium Road
  • Stadium Road from Gale Lemerand Drive and Fletcher Drive
  • University Avenue between Gale Lemerand Drive and Northwest 17th Street (Buckman Dr.).

Campus Access

The following restrictions go into effect 5 hours prior to kickoff.
  • If you are trying access Gale Lemerand Drive north of Museum Road, you will need a parking pass starting five hours before the game.
  • Fletcher Road on the northern portion is no longer 2-way traffic.  FDOT has changed that road to one way northbound.  Turning south from University Ave is no longer permissible.
     
To ensure game day emergency vehicle access, the Stadium Road extension from Newell Drive to 13th Street is closed to vehicular traffic five hours prior to kickoff. Fans can still tailgate in that area.

Charter Buses

Charter buses for Florida Football games must park on Village Drive, north of Museum Road.

Disabled Parking

  • The UAA has reserved disabled parking spots near the O'Connell Center, Murphree Hall area and the Infirmary Lot. Reserved Disabled Parking is completely full.
  • Non-Reserved Public Disabled parking is located at Lot 109. Lot 109 is located on the south side of Archer Road on Gale Lemerand Dr. Additional Public Disabled parking: Any Disabled marked space on campus, other than the three reserved areas, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • From Lot 109, fans can utilize the free lift-equipped disabled shuttle service. The shuttles begin running 3 hours prior to kickoff and drop off at the Graham Hall Parking lot. The shuttles from Lot 109 are running continuously until kickoff and then pick back up at the start of the fourth quarter.
  • Golf carts are available at Gate 18 to assist patrons who need further assistance to their gate.
  • Any disabled person parking on campus can call 352-494-2305 for assistance from the Gator Lift. This service begins 2 hours prior to kickoff and can pick up fans based on availability and location.
  • Disabled Parking passes are prohibited for resale. Any violations will result in the loss of the Parking pass.

Golf Carts

  • Personal golf carts are not permitted within secured areas surrounding Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. All carts must abide by all applicable traffic laws.

Visiting Team Fan Parking

  • In addition to the limited number of public lots available on a first-come, first-served basis, Lot 113 is available for visiting team fans for $30 paid via the Passport App. (See Map). For more information on paid parking, contact  UFTAPS at 352-392-7275.
  • Shuttles are available with multiple pick-up locations.
  • Parking sidewalks is NOT permitted and any vehicles doing so are at risk of being towed.

Booster Parking

  • The reserved parking on campus, including UAA-reserved RV lots, is a privilege for certain levels of booster club members.
  • Refer to the Football Parking Lot Policies page for more assistance.

RV Parking

  • The UAA-reserved RV parking on campus is a privilege for certain levels of booster club members. For details please contact the booster office at (800) 344-2867 Option 3.
  • Gators RV City opens at 4pm on Fridays and all RV's must depart RV City by 12 p.m. on Sunday.
  • For non-Gator Boosters RV parking questions, please call UF Transportation and Parking Services at 352-392-8048 TDD/TTY 711.
  • On-board generators are permitted, however exterior or pull-along generators are prohibited at all times. For safety reasons, all motor homes/RVs are required to utilize exhaust extensions or "smoke stacks" to channel exhaust fumes to the top of the motor home/RV.
  • The only Athletic Association RV lot 78 that allows overnight stays is Gators RV City located at Florida Park. All other UAA RV lots must be vacated at the conclusion of the game.
