I am a distance learner/online/PaCE student. Am I eligible for student football tickets?
All distance learners are eligible for tickets as long as they meet the following requirements: Undergraduate and graduate students must
pay the athletic fee to purchase tickets and they must maintain at least 6 credits to be able to claim their mobile tickets.
Graduating Seniors who have less than 6 credits can provide us with a letter from their college’s academic advisor stating they have x number of credits to graduate and will then be given an exception.
I do not pay the athletic fee, how can I get access to student tickets?
Online and PaCE students are now able to opt-in to pay for fees that give them access to multiple services on campus, which includes access to purchasing student football tickets. Information on how to opt-in for these fees and more can be found
here.
Once students have opted in, the UAA Ticket Office recognizes them as a full fee paying student and they will have the same access as everyone else who pays those fees.
*Students will need to opt-in to fees prior to the end of the add/drop period at the beginning of each semester.Â
I do not wish to opt-in to pay the fees, is there a way I could still sit in the student section?
Online and PaCE students who
do not wish to opt-in to pay fees can purchase at the guest ticket rate of $505 for the season. These students will also be recognized as a student in regards to our ticket policies and procedures. You must still be taking a minimum 6 credit hours.
The benefit of opting in to pay fees is that students will be able to purchase season
and single game student tickets. Students who do not opt in will be only eligible to purchase guest rate season tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Throughout the summer, the Gator Student Ticket Office does not receive complete information in regards to when students have opted in to pay the fees and who has not paid fees. Therefore, all students will be charged the $250 student ticket price. However, once the UF records are updated with fee information, the Gator Student Ticket Office will check student accounts to see who has opted in for the fees. Students that have not paid the fees by the opt-in deadline will be automatically charged the difference in price on the card they originally used to make the purchase.
