- What is considered a group outing?

Bring 10 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc. to the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Examples of groups: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Church Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams, Birthday Parties, Fundraising Groups, Employee Outings…the list goes on and on!
- I have ordered tickets, when will I receive them?

Orders placed within 8 days of the game date will not be mailed. These orders can be picked up at the Gator Ticket Office during normal box office hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday) or on game day prior to tip-off at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Will Call (located at gate 1). All other orders will be mailed to the name/address provided with the order.
- Can I Exchange/Return/Refund my tickets?

- Are group discounts available for other Gator Sporting events?

Group Discounts are available for all ticketed sports at UF. Ticket prices and group minimums vary by sport.

Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket to enter the O’Connell Center.
