  • What is considered a group outing?
    • Bring 15 or more of your closest family, friends, co-workers, teammates, etc. to Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Examples of groups: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Church Groups, School Groups, Sports Teams, Birthday Parties, Fundraising Groups, Employee Outings… the list goes on and on!
  • I have ordered tickets, when will I receive them?
    • All tickets are now completely mobile. Group tickets will be loaded onto a single account and that person will be responsible for transferring the tickets to the other group members.
  • Can I Exchange/Return/Refund my tickets?
    • All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Are group discounts available for other Gator Sporting events?
    • Group Discounts are available for all ticketed sports at UF. Ticket prices and group minimums vary by sport.

Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket to enter Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
