As a reminder, mobile ticketing is required. There will be two ways to access your tickets: 1) through the Florida Gators app from your mobile device or 2) through FloridaGators.com/myaccount. Fans will also be able to transfer or donate your tickets easily within the app or online. For a smoother entry on game-day, we encourage fans to add their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay account. You may also learn more about mobile ticketing here

General Policies

• Gates: Open 1 hour prior to first pitch on game days.
• Ticket Sales Booth: Open 60 minutes prior to first pitch on game days. TICKET SALES ARE CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH SALES.
• NO RE-ENTRY once your ticket has been scanned on game day. 
• NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES
• EVERY PERSON NEEDS A TICKET TO ENTER (REGARDLESS OF AGE)

The UAA reserves the right to cancel and refund orders placed by ticket brokers or account holders who have a resale history consistent with that of a ticket broker. UAA ticket resale and broker policy.
