Seat locations are assigned randomly during the week leading up to each game, so Arena Pass holders get to experience the game from a different vantage point each week. • How does it work
  • Arena Pass purchasers will receive a text message prior to each game when the tickets for that game are ready to be accessed via the Florida Gators App.  At that point, the tickets are ready to save on your phone or transfer to others.
• Is there a limit to how many Arena Passes I can purchase?
  • Each account holder is limited to 4 Arena Passes.  The seats associated with each Arena Pass on you account will always be assigned next to each other.
• If I have a friend who also has an Arena Pass, can we sit together?
  • Yes! Each person in your friend group should buy their own Arena Pass and then use our "Sit With Friends" feature to link accounts. Linking accounts will assure everyone in your friend group is assigned seats next to each other each game. Current Arena Pass holders can sign in here to link accounts with other Arena Pass holders.
• Can I share my tickets with others?
  • Yes! You will receive a text message prior to each game to let you know your tickets have been loaded to your account. From there, you can save them to your phone or transfer them to others.
• Can I purchase extra tickets?
  • Yes!  Arena Pass holders can purchase up to 6 guest passes per game (based on availability) and those guest passes will be assigned alongside their arena pass tickets. Sign in here to purchase guest passes and select "Ticket Plans" from the menu once signed in.
• Can I resell my tickets?
  • Reselling Arena Pass tickets is not permitted and doing so could result in the revocation of your Arena Pass for any remaining games without a refund.
