Counterfeit Tickets

The Florida Gators Ticket Office urges fans to use caution when purchasing tickets to ensure the tickets are not counterfeit.  The following information is helpful in ensuring tickets are from a legitimate source.

Authorized Ticket Sellers

There are only three sources authorized to sell tickets to Florida Gators home games:

Purchasing tickets through any other source is strongly discouraged and tickets purchased from any other source may not grant admission to the game. Fans should avoid purchasing tickets from individuals they do not know, especially individuals selling tickets in the parking lot or outside of the venue on game day.

Social Media & Secondary Markets

Ticketmaster.com is the only verified resale partner of the Florida Gators.  Fans can safely purchase directly from the Gators or from other fans on Ticketmaster.com and rest assured that the transaction has been verified by the Florida Gators tickets office and the ticket delivered is valid for entry.

Tickets purchased from any other secondary ticket sites are not verified by the Florida Gators ticket office and fans are purchasing at their own risk. The Florida Gators do not partner with StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, TickPick, Gametime or any other secondary sites other than Ticketmaster.com. Seats purchased outside of Ticketmaster.com are not authenticated by the Gators Ticket Office prior to delivery.

Fans should never purchase tickets from social media sites as sales on these sites have a very high probability of being fraudulent.

Fans should never purchase tickets from individuals they do not know unless that sale is facilitated through Ticketmaster.com.

Paper Tickets / Screenshots / Pictures of Tickets

Fans should not purchase paper tickets, screenshots of tickets or pictures of tickets.

Tickets for Florida Gators home games are digital and the only trusted sources to deliver those digital tickets are Ticketmaster, the Florida Gators Ticket Office and the Visiting Team’s Ticket Office.  Digital tickets delivered by other sources may be fraudulent even though they look like legitimate tickets.

Protect yourself by only purchasing from authorized sellers of Florida Gators tickets.

How can I verify if the tickets I purchased are valid tickets?

Fans who are concerned about the validity of their tickets can email the Florida Gators Ticket office at TicketOffice@gators.ufl.edu.  Please be sure to include in your email the sport, game date, and seat location (Section, Row, Seats).

Fans that have questions or encounter issues on game day can visit the stadium/arena ticket office.
