CAREER NOTES - 1998 - Made two appearances out of the bullpen (St. Joseph’s and Charleston Southern)...Did not allow a run over 1.1 innings with just one hit allowed and a strikeout...1997 - Redshirted...PREP - A four-year letterwinner for coach Rob Ciaravino at Countryside...Named to the All-Pinellas County Student-Athlete squad by the St. Petersburg Times...Also a member of the Upper Pinellas County Select All-Star team for three consecutive years...Threw two combined no-hitters during senior season...Participated in Team One Showcase in Lynchburg, Va. in summer of 1995...Pitched three scoreless innings, allowing one hit while recording six strikeouts and one walk...Pitched two scoreless innings with three Ks against national-power Westminster Christian during junior campaign...Posted a career record of 11-4 with a 2.21 ERA in three years of American Legion (Post 238)...Post 238 advanced to the state final four in 1994 and won the Firecracker tournament title in 1996...Also considered Florida Atlantic, North Carolina-Greensboro, South Carolina and Virginia Military Institute..
