PRIOR TO FLORIDA: Rated a four-star prospect and the No. 3 cornerback in the nation by Rivals.com ... Was an outstanding two-way player at Palmdale, leading them a 10-3 record and the third round of the state playoffs in 2009 as a senior ... Participant in the 2010 Under Armour All-American Game ... Named a 2010 Parade High School All-American ... Selected to the 2009 EA Sports All-America second-team defense ... Named to the Top 150 Dream Team by PrepStar Magazine ... Recorded 50 tackles, two fumble recoveries, two blocked field goals and one interceptions as a senior ... Also passed for 2,279 yards with 18 touchdowns and rushed for 921 yards with 14 touchdowns ... As a junior, he totaled 40 solo tackles, six tackles-for-loss and four interceptions ...
