2009-10: Finished third in the 200 medley relay (1:32.68) and third in the 50 free (21.22) against FAU...Won the 200 free (1:39.84) and placed second in the 100 free (45.97) in the win over Indian River State College...Came in second at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational in the 200 free relay (1:22.79), while taking third in the 200 free (1:41.17), 800 free relay (6:43.47) and 400 free relay (3:01.58)… Placed second against Florida State in the 400 free relay (3:01.24)...Part of the fourth-place 800 free relay squad (6:48.00) at the South Carolina Invitational.

FHSAA State Champion in 100 and 200 freestyle… A Marion County Swimmer of the Year… Holds records at his high school for the 50, 100, and 200-yard free races… Was awarded most valuable swimmer all four years… Coached at Forest High School by Bill Vargo.
