AS A SENIOR (1994) - Posted two collegiate best marks in NCAA Championships' Super Six competition vault (9.75) and balance beam (9.80)...won the SunBank SEC Challenge (9.75) and SunBank Senior Night (9.60) balance beam titles...added the vault to competitive repertoire at the Shands Fan Appreciation Day, posting a collegiate-best mark of 9.75 - marking first competitive vault since sophomore season...competed in UF's balance beam and floor exercise lineups in every meet of 1994 season...finished second in the Shands Fan Appreciation Day and SunBank Senior Night floor competitions with identical scores of 9.80...member of the 1994 Academic All-Southeastern Conference Honor Roll.
AS A JUNIOR (1993) - Primarily a floor exercise and balance beam per former for the Gators in 1993...posted season-best balance beam score of 9.75 to finish third in initial beam competition of the season at the Minnesota dual...also took runner-up honors in the floor exercise with a mark of 9.75 against the Gophers...earned marks of 9.65 or above in six of nine balance beam competitions in 1993...set season-best floor mark of 9.775 at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE (1992) - Earned two runner up floor exercise finishes as a sophomore - Shands Invitational (9.80) and Sun Bank Senior Night (9.85)...Sun Bank Senior Night floor score of 9.85 set a career-best.
AS A FRESHMAN (1991) - Joined the team as a walk-on, seeing action primarily in the vault and floor exercise lineups...posted career-best vault of 9.60 in the First Union Bank Invitational (Auburn)...set season-best floor exercise mark (9.65) in First Union Bank Senior Night competition.
PRIOR TO FLORIDA - All-around runner-up in 1986 Minnesota State Championship...competed at 1986 Western Nationals...family moved to Tallahassee in 1988...member of Munsingers club team and coached by Bill Munsinger...attended Florida for one year before deciding to walk on the Gator squad.
MAJOR - Received journalism degree in May of 1994.
