Quotes from the Court – UF Head Coach Roland Thornqvist
"We're ranked first in the country but we're third in this tournament. That speaks volumes about the strength of the SEC and what we face day-in and day-out.
"We learned a lot from our loss to Vanderbilt. Our players feel like they can add to what they're doing in the postseason and that's going to make us a better team.
"We always say that's part of the romance of wearing a Gator jersey – we're not afraid of telling everyone that we are shooting for a title. Then if we don't, we don't make excuses. We just move on to the next. It's going to hurt that day and even a couple days until right up until we play our next match and that's part of being at Florida. We win together. We lose together. I'm really proud of this team.
"Whoever wins this SEC Tournament is going to be the favorite to win the NCAA title because what you have to go through on consecutive days to win, tells you whether you're ready or not."
