
Gators Run in M15 Orlando Ends in the Round of 16

Freshman Andreas Timini and Junior Kevin Edengren competed in the M15 Orlando tournament this week, but the Gators run ended in the round of 16.
Orlando, Fla. – The Gators travelled to the M15 Orlando tournament one final contest before the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships.
Junior Kevin Edengren and freshman Andreas Timini made the trip with the Gators to compete individually in the tournament.
Edengren started in the qualifier round of 32 for the competition, where he defeated his opponent Francisco Montana (Barry University 2024) 6-1, 6-3 to advance to the main draw. In the main draw, Edengren faced off against William Nolan (Auburn 2023) 6-4, 6-0. Edengren's run came to an end when he faced Donald Nikolas Stoot and was defeated in the round of 16.
Timini earned a bid for the main draw, but did not advance past the round of 32 after facing Felix Corwin (Minnesota 2018).

Three Gators will travel back to Orlando, Fla. for the NCAA Singles & Doubles Championships. Jeremy Jin, Henry Jefferson and Tanapatt Nirundorn all earned a bid for the tournament, with Jin competing in singles after winning the ITA Conference Masters tournament and Jefferson and Nirundorn playing as doubles partners after making the semifinals of the ITA Men's All-American Championships. The NCAA tournament will be held at the USTA National Campus from Nov. 18-23, 2025.
