
Gators Fall in NCAA Doubles Semifinals

Henry Jefferson and Tanapatt Nirundorn’s reached the competition’s semifinals and earned All-American honors in their career long NCAA run.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Henry Jefferson and Tanapatt Nirundorn made a strong run in the NCAA Doubles tournament, reaching the competition's semifinals before falling to the No. 18 doubles pairing of Mans Dahlberg and Dylan Dietrich from Virginia.
Jefferson and Nirundorn entered the 2025 season ranked at No. 33, and qualified for NCAA's after reaching the semifinals of the ITA Men's All-American tournament. The duo had a career high run in the tournament, making it past four opponents compared to the year before where they lost in the round of 32.
The Gators defeated several ranked opponents to reach the NCAA semifinals. Jefferson and Nirundorn faced Sam Landau and Facundo Yunis of Indiana in a two-set win for the round of 32. Then the pair faced off against a couple of SEC opponents in No. 89 Isac Stromberg and Kai Milburn of Ole Miss in the round of 16 and No. 74 Max Stenzer and Sean Daryabeigi of South Carolina in the quarterfinals.

- Semifinals: No. 18 Dahlberg/Dietrich (Virginia) def. No. 33 Jefferson/Nirundorn 6-1, 6-4
