Senior Jack Turner leads the UF lineup in T5 after 36-holes at the Sahalee Players Championship.
SEATTLE – The No. 1 Florida men's golf team completed the opening round of the 2026-27 season at the Sahalee Players Championship on Saturday. Through 36-holes the Gators (+12) are in 3rd and tee off the final round tomorrow at 10:37 a.m.
Today's two rounds totaled 99 career stoke play rounds for Jack Turner, who will hit the centennial mark in tomorrow's final round. The senior turned in his 50th under par round in the opening round with a 71 (-1) and carded a 73 (+1) in round two to lead the UF lineup in T5.
A stroke separating each other features Parker Sands (12th, +2) and Luke Poulter (T13, +3). Sands started off his junior campaign with a 70 (-2).
Rounding out the lineup sits Trevor Gutschewski (T30, +7) and Parker Severs (T34, +8) followed by Noah Kent (T67, +17), competing as an individual this weekend.
