- vs LIU: Made his first career start in a season opener and posted the highest QB rating (194.3) of his career. Finished with a completion percentage of 83.3% (15 for 18) and threw for 120 yards and three touchdowns.
2024 SEASON: Played in 12 games, highlighted by seven starts at quarterback (6-1 record), totaling 1,915 yards on 115-of-192 passing (59.9%), 12 touchdowns and nine interceptions while rushing 51 times for 101 yards… Tied Chris Leak for most wins as a UF true freshman quarterback… Tallied 12 completions of 40-plus yards… Paced all FBS true freshmen with a 154.9 passer rating (min. 150 attempts) and ranked third among all FBS passers with a 95.8 passing grade on deep balls
- vs. No. 19 Miami: Came off the bench in the fourth quarter for his collegiate debut, completing 3-of-6 passes for 31 yards and rushing four times for 20 yards, highlighted by a 16-yard scamper
- vs. Samford: Became Florida’s seventh true freshman starter at quarterback and threw for a nation-high 456 yards (UF true freshman record, ninth all-time at UF) and three touchdowns on 18-for-25 passing (72.0%) for a 264.8 passer rating
- vs. Texas A&M: Completed 6-of-13 passes (46.2%) for 54 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions while splitting drives at the QB position
- at Mississippi State: Finished a perfect 7-of-7 passing for 76 yards, highlighted by a long strike of 27, while rushing three times for 22 yards
- vs. UCF: Handled the third and sixth drives of each half for the second-straight game and again did not throw a single incompletion, going 4-for-4 for 50 yards while adding 11 yards on the ground across three carries
- at No. 8 Tennessee: Served as UF’s backup QB (started second half) and completed 9-of-17 passes (52.9%) for 98 yards, one touchdown and one interception
- vs. Kentucky: Made his second collegiate start, completing 7-of-14 passes for 259 yards and one interception while rushing for 46 yards on nine carries with a long of 25 yards
- vs. No. 2 Georgia: Made second-consecutive start, going 2-for-6 for 47 yards and one touchdown to go along with 18 ground yards on four carries before leaving the game with an injury
- at No. 5 Texas: Held out due to injury after being a game-time decision
- vs. No. 21 LSU: Returned from a one-game absence and passed for 226 yards and one touchdown on 13-for-26 passing to finish with a 13.7 passer rating in the victory… Became the first UF true freshman quarterback to defeat a ranked opponent at home… Named SEC Freshman of the Week for his performance
- vs. No. 9 Ole Miss: Made his fifth-career start and completed 10-of-17 passes for 180 yards, two touchdowns and one interception for his highest passer rating (174.8) in SEC play while leading UF to back-to-back top-25 wins as an unranked team for the first time since 2003
