- Coached the girls’ prep team for two years at Bill Crothers Secondary School in Unionville, Ontario Canada
- Served as the recruiting coordinator for the inaugural Ontario Tech Women’s basketball team
- Berza has worked with Canada Basketball since the summer of 2012
- Managed all operations within training camps
- On staff with the following teams:

- Senior Women’s Team 2014-2016
- Development Women’s National team 2014
- U19/18 Men’s National Team 2012-2017
- U17 Women’s National Teams 2018
- Recorded and maintained statistics during games and practice
- Managed all travel logistics – transportation, food and accommodation
- Prepared, presented, managed program/project budgets as requested for approval
- Analyzed film and provided game and practice analytics for a comprehensive database of statistics
- In 2015-2016, helped lead the program to its first ever OUA (conference) championship
- That same season, her squad held the No. 1 overall ranking for CIS - doing so for the first time in program history.
- In 2014-15, the team claimed its first ever national medal
- In 2011-2012, help lead program to a conference final and a national championship berth
- Edited and assisted in the development and creation of game scouts and strategy
- Responsible for all video and analytic duties
- Lead on court warm up during competition
- In 2014-2015, helped lead program to a OUA final and its first ever national championship tournament
