2009: Played two games for Florida his redshirt freshman season in 2009, including Charleston Southern and FIU… Also dressed for UF’s win over Cincinnati in the 2010 Allstate Sugar Bowl, and UF’s regular-season match-ups with Troy and FSU… Did not record any tackles his first season.
PREP: Played defensive lineman for Escambia High School under head coach Ronnie Gilliland… Was named Escambia’s Football Scholar-Athlete of the Year by the Pensacola Sports Commission as a senior.
