PRIOR TO FLORIDA: Ranked a four-star prospect and No. 12 tight end in the country by Scout.com ... Played quarterback during his high school career as well, passing for 308 yards and three touchdowns as a senior ... Finished his junior season with 10 catches for 120 yards and two scores ... Added 100 yards on the ground and had 155 passing ... Earned All-League as well as some All-Area honors ... Chose Florida over Auburn, Boston College and South Carolina ... Coached by Harry Hubbard.
