Julia Skinner joined the UAA in the summer of 2024 as a performance dietitian for the baseball and lacrosse programs. 

Prior to joining the Gators, Skinner worked for the New York Yankees as a Minor League Dietitian. She received her B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness & Health from Purdue University in 2022 and completed an M.S. in Food Science & Human Nutrition from UF in 2024.
