Florida Gators

Isabelle Cherrington enters her first season as Florida’s Director of Soccer Operations.
 
She comes to the Gators after serving as Arizona Soccer’s graduate student manager while pursuing her master’s degree. While with the Wildcats, she worked with the Director of Soccer Operations to coordinate the program’s daily needs, including travel, equipment and training operations.
 
Much of her work experiences before enrolling at Arizona were with the beautiful game. Cherrington was a Development Academy Associate with the U.S. Soccer Federation in the spring of 2020. She also served as Cascade Collegiate League’s Director of Community Outreach in 2019 and was the Portland Timbers’ Director of Youth Camps intern in summer of 2017. As an undergraduate, she worked in the Washington State Communications Department and at the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games.
 
She will finish her master’s work in marketing in August of 2021. Cherrington was a 2020 cum laude graduate from Washington State with a bachelor’s degree in sports management.
