Gators Scratch FSU XC Invite from Schedule

The Gators will not send any athletes to the FSU XC Invite due to impending weather.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida Gators Cross Country will no longer participate in Friday's FSU XC Invite in Tallahassee out of precaution as Hurricane Milton approaches the Florida peninsula.
The decision was made in order to allow Florida's student-athletes and staff to prepare for the impending weather, as well as to prevent any additions to traffic as many residents of Florida's west coast attempt to evacuate.

Florida's next competition will now be the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals Race in Madison, Wis. on October 19.
