Quotes from the Court
Third-Year Taylor Parks
…on what's behind her success this season
"My teammates and coaches, absolutely, I couldn't do it without them. On the offensive side, Leah [Johnson] does such a good job helping me have a gameplan going into every game and knowing what I can do to stress the other side with me offensively and each of our hitters. Walt [Ryan Walthall] has a good gameplan going into each game with what to do defensively and gets a lot of balls in our laps."
…on what has improved on since the offseason
"This season compared to last season, we've had a much more creative offense, so during preseason we were focusing on what routes our hitters can run and how can we mix those up to be successful. I think that's really working now for us, it makes it really stressful for other teams."
…on she felt about the three-consecutive service aces
"They feel awesome. When you turn and everybody is cheering for you, it feels awesome."
