The Bedford Cup was shifted to this weekend (previously scheduled for 9/27-9/29) and will be played at Miami due to the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Hosted annually each fall, the tournament features Division I programs from across the state of Florida.
Play will begin each morning at 9 a.m. with a singles field of 32 and two doubles fields of 16. The Gators will be featured in both the singles and doubles draw.
Alicia Dudeney is coming off a 1-1 record at ITA All-Americans and is looking to solidify her third victory of fall play.
Noémie Oliveras currently stands at 1-2 for the fall and her last time out was a three-set battle at Chapel Hill. Oliveras ultimately defeated UNC's Alana Boyce 6-7 (3-7), 7-5, 1-0 (11-9) tabbing her first collegiate victory.
