GAINESVILLE, Fla.– The No. 36 Gators concluded their final home weekend of SEC matchups, falling 6-1 to the No. 32 Ole Miss Rebels. Florida's sole point came from Alicia Dudeney on her senior day, extending her win streak to 10.

Doubles Action:
The Gators got off to a fast start in doubles play, as the No. 32 senior duo of Alicia Dudeney and Bente Spee cruised to a dominant 6-1 win over Ole Miss's No. 31-ranked pairing of Ludmila Kareisova and Anaelle Leclercq on court one. The seniors now hold an impressive 11-3 record in dual play this year.
 
Ole Miss responded quickly to the loss with Andrea Nova and Brooklyn Olson earning a 6-4 win over Rachel Gailis and Talia Neilson-Gatenby on court two to take the doubles point. The Rebels ultimately secured the doubles point due to a UF default on court three, giving them the early 1-0 lead heading into singles play.

Singles Play:
Ole Miss kept the pressure on in singles, taking the first two matches off the board. On court five, Andrea Nova claimed a 6-1 victory in set one before Florida's, Noémie Oliveras medically retired. The Rebels then turned their 2-0 advantage into 3-0 as Brooklyn Olson followed with a commanding 6-2, 6-0 win over Reagan Parker on court six.
 
Court three finished shortly after, as senior Bente Spee faced a challenging opponent in Lucie Petruzelova. Spee ultimately fell, 6-0, 6-1 on court three to solidify Ole Miss' victory.
 
Florida tallied its first point of the day with a dominate performance on court two, as No. 57 Alicia Dudeney defeated Ludmila Kareisova 6-2, 6-3 to make the score 4-1. Dudeney now holds a 10-0 record in her last 10 singles outings and has only fallen once in SEC play to post an 11-1 conference record.
 
After Dudeney's win, the Rebels answered with another straight-set win, as Alice Soulie defeated Talia Neilson-Gatenby 7-5, 6-3 on court four to put Ole Miss up at 5-1. The final match on court one featured a top-30 battle, where Ole Miss's Emily Welker outlasted No. 27 Rachel Gailis in a tight 6-4, 7-5 contest, capping off a 6-1 victory for the Rebels in Gainesville.
