
Gators Sign Transfer Midfielder Susan Lowther for 2026-2027 Season

Lowther made seven appearances for Clemson in 2025-26
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Gators Lacrosse team has signed transfer midfielder Susan Lowther from Clemson University, the team announced Tuesday afternoon. Lowther will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Lowther, a native of Sarasota, Fla. joins the Gators after spending that past two seasons with the Tigers. She has played in 16 games over the past two seasons, tallying four goals, three ground balls, four caused turnovers and 10 draw controls.
The transfer registered all four of her goals in 2025, scoring a hat trick against Queens (N.C.) on March 3rd. In 2026, Lowther had four games where she registered a draw control, winning a career high three draw controls against Furman.
A graduate of Riverview High School, Lowther joins a class of eight incoming freshman, which was ranked the third best in the nation by Inside Lacrosse
