Davies and Hamilton Named IWLCA Second Team All-Americans, Bragg Earns Third Team Honors

The Gators now have 50 IWLCA All-American accolades with 30 Gators earning those accolades
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A trio of Gators were tagged with IWLCA All-American honors, the organization announced Thursday afternoon. Senior Kaitlyn Davies and Sophomore Clark Hamilton were named to the Second Team and Theresa Bragg earned Third Team honors.
With these selections, the Gators now have earned 50 IWLCA All-American selections and Hamilton becomes the 30th player to earn an IWLCA All-American honor. Bragg and Davies become the 15th and 16th players to earn IWLCA All-American honors in consecutive seasons.
A total of 48 student-athletes were honored with IWLCA All-American selections across the first, second, and third teams.
Kaitlyn Davies – Midfielder – Senior – Wayne, N.J.
Davies started all 19 games for the Gators this season, tallying 31 goals, 10 assists, 48 draw controls, 23 groundballs and 17 caused turnovers. The Senior captain has 11 games this season with multiple points and became the 28th player to score 100 career points in program history with her first goal against UC Davis (4/25).
Including being named the Big 12 Midfielder of the Year for the second consecutive year, Davies was named to the All-Big 12 Team, the Big 12 All-Tournament Team, was honored by USA Lacrosse as a Third Team All-American, earned an IWLCA All-South Region First Team accolade, and a Nike Lacrosse Media Second Team All-American honor. This is Davies' second IWLCA All-American honor, as she earned Third Team honors in 2025.
Davies is the first Midfielder to earn IWLCA All-Americans honors since Sydney Pirreca earned IWLCA All-American honors in 2018 and 2019.
Clark Hamilton – Attacker – Sophomore – Powder Springs, Ga.
This season, Hamilton led the Gators in goals (57), while being second in assists (13) and points (70). Hamilton tallied 11 hat tricks on the season, along with six games with a goal and an assist. The Powder Springs, Ga. native became the 27th player in program history to reach 100 points, doing so against Penn (3/11), and the 20th player to score 100 goals in her career, doing so against USF (4/8)
Hamilton was named the Big 12 Attacker of the Year and to the All-Big 12 Team. She also garnered a USA Lacrosse Second Team All-American honor, an IWLCA National Offensive Player of the Week honor for her performance against Loyola, and recently named to the IWLCA All-South Region First Team, and the Nike Lacrosse Media All-American Third Team. This is Hamilton's first IWLCA All-American honor of her career
Theresa Bragg – Defender – Senior – Severna Park, Md.
This season, Bragg started all 19 games for the Gators, meaning that she has started in all 86 games in her career at Florida, the second most ever in program history. This season, the captain led the Gators with 19 caused turnovers and 21 ground balls, while also getting one draw control and one assist this season. Bragg finishes her career with 73 caused turnovers, which is a the fifth most all-time for caused turnovers in a career in program history.
This year, Bragg's accolades include being named to the All-Big 12 Team and the Big 12 All-Tournament Team, was named the Big 12 Defender of the Week five times this season, while also being a USA Lacrosse All-American Honorable Mention, a member of the IWLCA All-South Region First Team, and a Nike Lacrosse Media Honorable Mention All-American. This is Bragg's second IWLCA All-American Honor after being named to the First Team in 2025.
Bragg becomes the first defender to earn IWLCA All-American honors in consecutive season since Cara Trombetta earned IWLCA All-American honors in 2018 and 2019
