Florida Gators

Matt Redd enters his 15th season with the Gators and has served as the Assistant Director of Sports Health for football since 2021.

In this role, Redd provides all aspects of health care for the football team, including preventative, maintenance and rehabilitation.

Redd acted as the assistant athletic trainer for football from 2013-20 after being an intern athletic trainer from 2010-12.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training  from Radford University in 2008 before earning his Master of Science in Education from Virginia Tech in 2009.

Redd is married to his wife Charlotte and the couple have two daughters, Isabelle and Lilly.
