2025 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m (8:18.32) and the 5000m (14:41.02) at the SEC Indoor Championships (February 27 - March 1)... Competed in the 3000m and ran a personal best of 8:11.19 at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)... Opened his season with a 4:11.33 performance in the Mile and a 8:54.92 in the 3000m at the Jimmy Carnes Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 17).

  • 3x FHSAA 4A Silver Medalist (3200m ’24, XC ’23, 3200m ’23)
  • 17th Place at Footlocker South XC Championship 2023
  • 1600m PR: 4:11.92
  • 3200m PR: 8:47.86
