Why UF?

Florida with its academic program alone is enough to make anyone want to become a Gator. However, it was the spirit and community that makes the heart of this school, which made choosing UF again for amysecond degree unquestionable. I love how once you are a Gator, you are always a Gator. Specifically, being able to dance for the Florida Gators on the Dazzlers dance team strengthens my love and admiration for this school since I see first-hand how dedicated all the fans, staff, and students are. I am honored and grateful to say I am going into my final year here at UF and know I will come back to Gainesville as the Gator's #1 fan!

One thing Gator Nation doesn't know about you is...

I love listening to Fergie's version of the National Anthem.

What legacy do you hope to leave for future Dazzlers?

With this being my final year at in this program, leaving a legacy has never been of more importance to me. Although I will no longer be here physically, I believe setting up a culture that is as positive, encouraging, and uplifting as I am currently experiencing is the greatest gift I can leave. These girls are my rock and mean so much more to me than solely teammates. Creating a space of vulnerability where everyone can be their most authentic self is a goal I have for every practice, game, and meeting. I will always pour into others no matter how full my cup is because I know the girls around me will all do the same!
