Why UF?

UF was by far the best opportunity for me both academically and athletically, where I can continue my passion for dance and expand on my skillsets both as a leader and a student. The campus is also close to home for me, which is ideal because my family is what I value the most.

I can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my backyard!

What legacy do you hope to leave for future Dazzlers?

The legacy I hope to leave on both the Dazzlers now and those to come would be a feeling of both encouragement and joy. I want people to feel like they are loved simply because they are a part of this program, and I am hopeful to see this team achieve nothing but greatness, which hopefully I can play even just a tiny role in achieving. A goal that our current team has set for ourselves is to educate people about not only who we are, but why we do what we do, and I am hopeful to see future Dazzlers receive the recognition and appreciation for all the hard work that they pour into it, as well as us who have been lucky enough to be on the team before them. I adore the Dazzlers, of course, for the dancing, but more for the people. I hope these girls feel honored to be a part of such a unique and special team, the same way I do.
