Why UF?

UF was my dream school for so many reasons. I loved how heavily the Gators valued tradition and community above all else. And not only does the University of Florida place such a high priority on excellent academics, but there are also countless social activities and opportunities to get involved with on campus. I have grown up in Florida my entire life and I felt that UF was the gold standard, and that repping the Gators was the best way to show my love for the state. Now as a UF student, this statement still holds true. There truly is a place for everyone at UF and the welcoming atmosphere that I felt the first time I stepped foot on campus is the same welcoming atmosphere that I continue to feel every day.

One thing Gator Nation doesn't know about you is...

My childhood best friend is my roommate here at UF! She is in Florida Visual Ensemble and we are having the best time especially being on the field together during game days!

What legacy do you hope to leave for future Dazzlers?

I hope that throughout my time on the team, the impact that I will have on each individual I interact with is a positive, long-lasting, and inspiring one. For those that I do not directly interact with, I hope to play a role furthering the amazing progress that the Dazzlers are beginning to make. Lastly, I hope for future Dazzlers to be able to reap the benefits of the hard work, dedication, and passion that my teammates and I are putting into this team day in and day out.
