Lindsay Epstein enters her first season as an assistant coach for the Gators in 2025-26, having been officially hired in July 2025.
Epstein joins the Gators after spending the past three season as an assistant coach at Fairfield University. Epstein helped the Stags to a 41-16 (.719) record, two Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championships (2023, 2025), and, in 2024, become the first-ever MAAC to earn an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.
A Marietta, Ga. native, Epstein was a five-year starter at Ohio State University from 2018-2022. During her collegiate lacrosse career, she racked up 81 points on 63 goals and 18 assists.
In 2022, Epstein was named an Honorable Mention All-American per Lacrosse Magazine and ILWomen, while also collecting her second IWLCA Academic Honor Roll mention and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar selection.
Epstein earned Academic All-Big ten status in all five of her seasons and completed her bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in 2020 and her master’s degree in sport management in 2022, both from Ohio State.
