No. 7 Gators Stay Perfect in Big 12 Play With 18-6 Win Over San Diego State

12 Gators registered a point as Frannie Hahn six (2 G/4 A) and Kaitlyn Davies scored four goals.
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The Florida Lacrosse team (11-2, 3-0) extended their win streak to eight games and stay perfect in Big 12 play with their 18-6 win over San Diego State (2-11, 0-3) on Saturday morning.
UF was led by Frannie Hahn with her two goals and four assists, as Clark Hamilton scored three goals and registered two assists and Kaitlyn Davies scored four goals. Susan Radebaugh fourth straight start in goal for the Gators, making three saves in 35:19 and grabbing her fourth win of the season.
SDSU had six different goal scorers on the day, as Lilah Turley, Tatum Neach, Tate Stokesberry, Mia Maechtel, Molly Jacobson, and Keira Doyle-Odenbach each scored once.

First Quarter (Gators 7, Aztecs 0)
- Boo DeWitt would get the ball rolling in the first quarter for the Gators, scoring at 14:00 of a Caroline Hoskins assists.
- Kaitlyn Davies would score three straight goals (11:35, 6:53, 4:27) to get a first quarter hat trick and put the Gators up 4-0.
- The Orange and Blue would get three goals in the span of 95 seconds as Frannie Hahn (3:36), Caroline Hoskins (2:55), and Autumn Blair (2:01) would each get their first of the day.
Second Quarter (Gators 12, Aztecs 1)
- After starting the second quarter with the ball, SDSU would get their first goal of the day from Keira Doyle-Odenbach at 14:29
- Clark Hamilton would respond with her first two of the game coming at 14:00 and 11:01 to push the Gators' lead to 9-1
- Kaitlyn Davies would get her fourth of the day at 7:39 and Clark Hamilton would get her second quarter hat trick with her third at 2:53 as UF would lead 12-1 at the break.
Third Quarter (Gators 15, Aztecs 2)
- Jameson Swords would get her second goal of the season with her goal at 13:59 to open up the second half.
- Ava Kristynik (5:18) and Caroline Hoskins (3:00) would push the Gator's lead to 15-1 with their goals in the third quarter.
- The Aztecs would get one back with Molly Jacobson scoring at 1:06.
Fourth Quarter (Gators 18, Aztecs 6)
- San Diego State would start the fourth quarter on a 4-0 run getting goals from Lilah Turley (12:27), Tatum Neach (10:15), Mia Maechtel (8:37), and Tate Stokesberry (6:55) to cut the Gators lead to 15-6.
- The Gators would respond with a three goal run to end the day with Ryann Frechette (6:00), Ava Kristynik (4:01) and Caylin Luciano (1:38) each scoring for the Gators

- Florida now moves to 34-0 all-time record against teams currently in the Big 12 and 8-0 in regular season Big 12 conference play
- Freshman Jameson Swords and Blythe Noyes each recorded career first against SDSU, as Swords and Noyes each registered their first assist and multiple point game of their careers
